It registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) way back in 1996. It has DSP HMK Holdings, DSP Adiko Holdings and BlackRock Inc. as the sponsors. It has DSP BlackRock Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd. as the trustee. As of June 2020, the fund had assets under management (AUM) of a mammoth Rs 73,450 crore.
