Franklin Build India Fund is jointly managed by Anand Radhakrishnan (Since 2009), Roshi Jain (Since 2009), and Srikesh Nair (since 2016).
v) Entry / Exit load
The fund house does not charge any entry load, but charges 1% exit load if redeemed before one year from the date of allotment. There is no exit load if redeemed after one year.
Tax benefits of investing in Franklin Build India
The Short-term capital gain tax of 15% is levied if sold before one year from the date of allotment. Long-term capital gains, in excess of Rs 1 Lakh, will be taxed at 10% without indexation if redeemed after one year.
