The scheme seeks out to produce income / capital appreciation by means of investments in debt securities and money market instruments. It currently has an AUM of ?9,352.83 crore. HDFC Low Duration Fund has been benchmarked against Crisil 1 Yr T-Bill Index as main index and Crisil Liquid Fund Index as secondary index. Among its top 3 the fund has exposure to ONGC Petro additions Ltd. (OPAL), Housing Development Fin. Corp. Ltd. and Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd.

Tax benefits of investing in HDFC Low Duration Fund

The short-term capital gains made on sale of units within 3 years from the date of allotment will be taxed at the income tax slab rates of the investor.
