i) Inception/ Launch date

The Indiabulls Blue Chip Fund was launched on 10 February 2012, by Indiabulls Mutual Fund.

ii) Risk level

With the fluctuation in the price/ interest rates/value of the securities of the scheme, the value of the investment may go up and down. The scheme does not assure a fixed rate of return. The NAV of the units issued under this scheme can get affected due to the various forces and factors of the capital markets. This fund carries moderately high risk.

iii) Redemption

The dispatch of redemption proceeds occurs within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the redemption request.

iv) Fund Manager

Mr. Sumit Bhatnagar is the fund manager of Indiabulls Blue Chip Fund since 17 December 2012.

v) Entry / Exit load

The entry load is NIL. The exit load of 1% is applicable if units are redeemed within 1year from the date of allotment of the units.

Tax benefits of investing in Indiabulls Blue Chip Fund

The Short-term capital gains tax of 15% is levied if sold before one year from the date of allotment. Long-term capital gains, in excess of Rs 1 Lakh, are taxed at 10% without indexation if redeemed after one year. 10% tax will be deducted at source for dividends.
