v) Entry / Exit load

The fund house does not charge any entry load or exit load if investments are redeemed after one year of investment. However, a 1% exit load will be charged if redeemed within a year of allotment.

The Short-term capital gain tax is applicable as per the income tax slab if sold before 36 months. If the investments are redeemed after 36 months, a long-term capital gain tax of 20% with indexation is levied.
