SBI Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund, an open-ended dynamic asset allocation fund, is a mix of equity and equity-related securities and fixed income instruments. The share of these two instruments will be managed such that long-term capital appreciation is generated. The approach taken reduces the risk of tracking individual asset classes.

Fund Information and Statistics

i) Inception/Launch Date

The fund scheme was incepted on 26 March 2015.

ii) Risk Level

The fund comes with a moderately high risk profile as it makes dynamic asset allocation in equity and equity related instruments as well as fixed income instruments.

iii) Redemption

You are free to redeem fund units at any point in time since lock-in period is not applicable on the principal invested. However, you must consider the exit load while calculating the returns if applicable.

iv) Fund Manager

Mr Dinesh Balachandran is the current Fund Manager for the fund. In addition, Mr Mohit Jain handles the foreign securities aspect of fund management.

v) Entry/Exit Load

No entry load is charged on the purchase of mutual fund units. However, if you redeem/switch out fund units in excess of 8% of the initial investment amount within 12 months from the date of allotment, an exit load of 1% will be charged. Any redemption/switch out after completing 12 months will not attract any exit load.

SBI Mutual Fund is one of the oldest fund houses in India that was set up on 29 June 1987. The fund house registered itself with SEBI on 23 December 1993. The sponsor for the fund house is State Bank of India and the trustee company is SBI Mutual Fund Trustee Company Private Limited.
