The bank offers two ways for individual customers to register for Kotak Net Banking services.
Method 1:
Step 1: Download the Channel Access Request Form from the bank’s website and fill it up with relevant details.
Step 2: Drop the duly filled form in the drop box placed at the branch or ATM.

Method 2:
Call up the customer care centre at 1860 266 2666 (round-the-clock) or +91 22 6600 6022 to request for netbanking registration.
Kotak customers can find their CRN on your credit/debit card, specified below your name. ING Vysya customers can only find their customer ID below your name on debit cards. To generate the CRN, you can follow the below steps: Step 1: Visit the official Kotak netbanking website at https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/MainPage.jsp.
Step 2: Click on ‘What is my CRN/CIF/Customer ID?’ option below the CRN field. Step 3: Enter the customer ID in the field and the verification code before clicking the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 4: You will receive the CRN for the entered customer ID.
Method 1: Step 1: Visit the official Kotak Net Banking login page at https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/BANKAWAYConverge.jsp.
Step 2: Enter your CRN and password. Step 3: Specify which page you would like to visit by selecting an option in the dropdown menu under the ‘Take me Directly to’ label. Step 4: Click on the ‘Secure Login’ button. Method 2: Step 1: In the login page, click on the ’User Name’ tab.
Step 2: Enter your username as registered with the bank and the corresponding password. Step 3: Select the page you would like to land on. Step 4: Click on the ‘Secure Login’ button to log in. Method 3: Step 1: Enter your forex card number, password, and the page you would like to be redirected to.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Secure Login’ button to access your online account.
Kotak Net Banking offers several services as given below:
Step 1: Log in to the official Kotak Net banking account. Step 2: Choose the ‘Banking’ option on the dashboard. Step 3: Select the ‘Account Overview’ option to view your account balance.
Step 1: Log in to your Kotak Net Banking account. Step 2: Select the ‘Make a Transfer’ option. Step 3: Select a transfer type from the dropdown menu. Step 4: Select the beneficiary account and fill up details such as the amount to transfer and remarks; and set the transfer time. Step 5: Click the ‘Confirm’ button. Step 6: All the details related to the transaction will be displayed for verification. Step 7: Once you verify the details, click the ‘Submit’ button to initiate the transfer.

Step 1: In the login page, click on the ‘Forgot/Blocked Password?’ link below the Net Banking Password field.
Step 2: Now, enter the username, CRN, or forex card number. Step 3: You will be prompted to answer two mandatory questions. Step 4: Select a method for additional verification from the options such as debit card, security questions, and credit card. Step 5: After the additional verification via the chosen method, enter a 6-character password of your choice. Step 6: The other 6-characters of your password will be sent to your registered email address and contact number. Step 7: If you are looking to unlock password, the existing password will be unlocked instantly. Step 8: Log in to the Kotak Net Banking portal with the 6-character password you chose followed by the 6-character password as sent by the bank. Step 9: Additionally, you can request a physical PIN by answering account-related questions or generating an OTP.
Step 1: Log in to the Kotak Net Banking account. Step 2: Click on the ‘Credit Card’ option on the homepage. Step 3: Click on the ‘Make Payment’ option under the ‘Payments’ section.
Upon registering a beneficiary, you can instantly transfer money via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and Kotak-to-Kotak transfers. There is no need to activate or deactivate a transfer type for a particular beneficiary.
Send Receipt is a feature offered for Kotak Net Banking customers that intimates the beneficiary regarding a fund transfer. Once you complete a fund transfer, just enter the mobile number or email address of the beneficiary. The bank will send an SMS or email to the beneficiary with the transaction details.
