Regulatory Information
As per SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, every investment adviser is required to conduct an annual compliance audit by a qualified Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary. The audit ensures compliance with the provisions of the regulations and circulars issued by SEBI from time to time.
The compliance audit report is required to be submitted to SEBI within 6 months from the end of the financial year.
