Essel Ultra Short Term Fund is an open-ended debt fund investing in money market and debt instruments such that the Macaulay Duration of the portfolio is between 3 months and 6 months. The scheme may also invest in REIT and INVIT, floating rate instruments, Securitised debt instruments, derivatives, and Securities and Lending Option. The fund seeks to deliver income over a short-term investment horizon.

iii) Redemption –

The scheme offers units for redemption at NAV based prices on all business days. Proceeds will be dispatched to you by the fund house within 10 working days from the receipt of the redemption request or repurchase.

iv) Fund Manager –

The fund is managed by Mr Killol P Pandya since September 18, 2015. He is a B. com, DPCM, & MMS in Finance and comes with previous work experience of 18 years.

v) Entry / Exit load -

The fund house does not charge any entry load or exit load.

Tax benefits of investing in Essel Ultra Short Term Fund

The Short-term capital gain tax as per the income tax slab is levied if sold within 36 months from the date of allotment. A long-term capital gain tax of 20% with indexation will be levied if sold after 36 months.
