Keeping in view the unforeseen circumstances of the market conditions, may limit the total number of units in the general interest of the Unit holders which can be redeemed on any business day. Investors can also approach for redemption of the fund from Creation Unit Size on any business day.

Mr.Kayzad Eghlim is the fund manager of ICICI Prudential Midcap select ETF.

Tax benefits of investing in ICICI Prudential Midcap select ETF
Long term capital gains tax applies to returns on this fund. A capital gain registered during a period of less than 1 year is defined as Short-term Capital Gain (STCG). A capital gain registered over a period of more than 1 year is defined as Long-term Capital Gains (LTCG). STCG are taxed at the rate of 15%. Long term capital gains in excess of Rs 1 lakh are taxed at the rate of 10% without the benefit of indexation.
