Indiabulls savings income fund is an open-ended Hybrid scheme that invests in debt markets and equities. The investment is primarily in the debt securities (75-90%) and the rest in equity securities. The objective of the fund is to generate regular income and capital appreciation over a long period of time.

i) Inception / Launch date
The Indiabulls savings income fund was started in 2 December 2015 by Indiabulls Asset Management.
ii) Risk level
Being a hybrid fund that invests primarily in debt securities, the risk level with Indiabulls savings income fund is moderate.
iii) Redemption
The units can be redeemed on any business day based on the NAV prices. The Mutual Fund shall dispatch Redemption proceeds within 10 Business Days of the Redemption date. Under normal circumstances, your fund house will dispatch the redemption proceeds within 1 business days.
iv) Fund Manager
The fund is jointly managed by Malay Shah and Sumit Bhatnagar since the inception of the scheme.
v) Entry / Exit load
The fund house does not charge any entry load or exit load for 12% of the investment. However, 1% exit load is charged if the rest of the investment is redeemed within a year of allotment. No exit load is charged when redeemed after a year of allotment.
Tax benefits of investing in Indiabulls Savings Income Fund
The Short-term capital gain tax will be levied on unit holders as per the income tax slab rate if units are held for less than 36 months. A long-term capital gains tax of 20% is applicable with indexation if units are held for more than three years.
