The Scheme is an open-ended liquid scheme with primary investment objective to deliver market related returns with lower risk and high liquidity through investments in money market and debt instruments. Liquid funds are debt mutual schemes that invest money in very short-term market instruments such as T-Bills, CBLO and Government Securities.

Fund Information and Statistics of Parag Parikh Liquid Fund
i) Inception / Launch date
The Scheme was launched by Parag Parikh Mutual Fund on 9 May 2018 and is benchmarked against Crisil Liquid Fund Index.
ii) Risk level
Given that the scheme provide ready liquidity, income and tax-efficiency, investors could choose this option as an alternative to bank deposit and the scheme is low risk in nature.
iii) Redemption
The Scheme is open for repurchase/redemptions on all business days based on NAV based prices. Redemption proceeds are despatched within 10 business days from the date of the receipt of valid redemption request.
iv) Fund Manager
Mr. Raj Mehta serves as the Fund Manager for the scheme who is managing the scheme since inception.
v) Entry / Exit load
There is no entry load or exit load charged by the fund house for subscriptions and redemptions, respectively.
Tax benefits of investing in Parag Parikh Liquid Fund
Long term capital gains are taxed at the rate of 20% plus surcharge after indexation (if held for 36 months or more). Short term gains are added to income and subject to short term capital gain tax as per income tax slab under the Act plus surcharge. Dividend Distribution Tax is deducted at source by the fund house.
