About CPSE ETF

The CPSE ETF is an open-ended index exchange traded scheme with no lock-in period. Central Public Sector Enterprises (“CPSE”) ETF, which replicates the Nifty CPSE Index, is a concentrated portfolio of 10 stocks, whose main aim is to help the Government of India in disinvesting its stake in a few CPSEs via the ETF line. The Scheme invests into the stocks, which are constituents of Nifty CPSE Index, in the same proportion as the Index. The Scheme is being managed by Reliance Nippon Life AMC. Minimum investment in the Scheme is Rs 5,000. The expenses of ETFs are quite less than normal mutual funds.
