Step 4: Confirm the Closure of Your Account
Select the reason for your account closure and click the ‘Close APL Account’ option. Confirm that you don’t have any outstanding dues. Again, select the reason for closure and click ‘Submit’. The company can take 10 working days to process your request.
Step 5: Check Your Account Status for Final Confirmation
