The fund invests in various money market and debt instruments that have a maturity period of up to 91 days. The average maturity period of the portfolio ought to be in the range of 40 to 70 days considering the normal market conditions.
Pros and Cons of
The age of the fund is above three years, making it a reliable scheme for investment. The year-on-year returns are higher than the category average returns. However, you must keep in mind that the asset under management (AUM) is more than Rs.20,000 crore. Returns from the fund tend to fall once the AUM factor crosses a certain limit.
