The Reliance Liquid Fund was launched in 9 December 2003, by Reliance Mutual Funds.

ii) Risk level

Being a liquid fund that invests in debts and money market instruments, the risk level with Reliance liquid fund is low.

iii) Redemption

The units can be redeemed on any business day based on the NAV prices. Under normal circumstances, your fund house will dispatch the redemption proceeds within 3-4 business days.

iv) Fund Manager

The fund is managed by Ms Anju Chhajer since October 2013. She is a B. Com(Hon) and a CA with previous work experience at National Insurance Company and D.C Dharewa & Co.

v) Entry / Exit load

The fund house does not charge any entry load or exit load for investment in Reliance liquid fund.

Tax benefits of investing in Reliance Liquid Fund

The Short-term capital gain tax will be levied on unit holders as per the income tax slab rate if units are held for less than 36 months. A long-term capital gains tax of 20% is applicable with indexation if units are held for more than 36 months. Dividend Distribution Tax on Grossed up value of Dividend is 25% plus additional taxes as applicable.
