HDFC Multi-Asset Fund, as the name suggests, allocates the investment in hybrid multi assets. The hybrid mutual fund scheme aims to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio consisting of equity and equity-related instruments, debt instruments, money market instruments, and gold.
Pros and Cons of HDFC Multi-Asset Fund
The one-year, three-year, and five-year returns from the scheme have been higher than the category average returns as observed from the historical patterns. However, the risk-adjusted returns of the scheme have been lower as compared to the other schemes in the category.
