Downloading Ayushman Card Online

The official Ayushman Bharat scheme website enables individuals to download an Ayushman card online by following the below simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the official PMJAY website.

Step 2: Click the ‘Am I Eligible’ link from the top menu.

Step 3: Enter the captcha code, mobile number and OTP for verification purposes and click ‘Login’.

Step 4: Choose the ‘State’, ‘Sub scheme’ as ‘PMJAY’, ‘District’, ‘Search By’ and enter the required information and click ‘Search’.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Do e-KYC’ button. 

Step 6: Select the ‘Aadhaar OTP’ option. Your can view your Aadhaar number. Click ‘Verify’. 

Step 7: Tick the consent and click ‘Allow’. Enter the Aadhaar OTP and mobile OTP. You will get the completion of e-KYC message.

Step 8: Log in to the PMJAY website after 15-20 minutes of e-KYC and click the ‘Download Card’ button.

Step 9: Next, select the ‘Aadhaar OTP’ option, view your Aadhaar number and click ‘Verify’. 

Step 10: Tick the consent and click ‘Allow’. Enter the Aadhaar OTP and mobile OTP. Click on the download icon to download your Ayushman card.

Step 1: Visit the nearest Common Services Centre (CSC).

Step 2: Request for Ayushman Bharat Card and provide your contact number for verification.

Step 3: Once verified successfully, provide the relevant documents to complete the registration process.

Step 4: Once your documents are verified successfully, an authorised individual will be assigned to issue your Ayushman Bharat card.

Step 5: Pick up the card from the specific CSC after a few days.

How to Download Ayushman Card by ABHA Number?

Once you finish the registration process for ABHA, the card downloading process becomes easier, and you can complete it online by visiting the official website or using the ABHA app. After you have an ABHA ID created and have the 14-digit ABHA number, follow the below steps for Ayushman card download by ABHA number:

Step 1: Go to the official ABHA website. 

Step 2: Provide your 10-digit registered contact number and the captcha provided for login.

Step 3: Once you complete logging in, click on the option ‘View Health Card’ to download a PDF version of the health card.

How to Download Ayushman Card by Aadhaar or Family ID?

Follow the below steps to download the Ayushman Card by Aadhaar or Family ID:

Step 1: Visit the official PMJAY website.

Step 2: Click the ‘Am I Eligible’ link from the top menu.

Step 3: Enter the captcha code, mobile number and OTP for verification purposes and click ‘Login’.

Step 4: Choose the ‘State’, ‘Sub scheme’ as ‘PMJAY’, ‘District’, ‘Search By’ as ‘Family ID’, ‘District’, enter your Family ID and click ‘Search’.

Step 5: After logging in, click on the ‘Do e-KYC’ button if your e-KYC is pending and complete it to download the card.

Ayushman Bharat Card can be be downloaded through the NHA beneficiary portal by following the below steps:

Step 1: Visit the official National Health Authority website.

Step 2: Click the ‘PMJAY’ tab.

Step 3: Click the ‘Am I Eligible’ link from the top menu.

Step 4: Enter the captcha code, mobile number and OTP for verification purposes and click ‘Login’.

Follow the steps below to download an Ayushman Card using the Ayushman Bharat app:

Step 1: Install the Ayushman App on your smartphone device.

Step 2: Open the app and click ‘Login’ button. Select the ‘Beneficiary’ option, enter the captcha code and your registered contact number. OTP will be sent to your number. 

Step 3: Enter the OTP and captcha code and click ‘Login’.

Step 4: Choose the ‘State’, ‘Sub scheme’ as ‘PMJAY’, ‘District’, ‘Search By’ as ‘Family ID’, ‘District’, enter your Family ID and click ‘Search’.
