Step 2: Click on the ‘Sign-Up’ button.

Step 3: Enter your mobile number, email and captcha code and click ‘Continue’.

Step 4: Enter your first name, last name and password and click ‘Request OTP’.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and email and click ‘Verify’.

Step 6: Next, ‘Login’ to the NVSP website by entering your mobile number, password, captcha and OTP.

Step 7: Click on the ‘Fill Form 8’ button on the homepage to link your mobile number.

Step 8: Next, select ‘Self’ and click on ‘Submit’. The voter details will be displayed on the screen. Click ‘Ok’.

Step 9: Select the ‘Correction of Entries in Existing Electoral Roll’ option and click ‘Ok’.

Step 10: The Form 8 application will appear. On Form 8, the state, district and assembly/ parliamentary constituency will be auto-filled. Review it and click ‘Next’. Under the details section, enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number, or email and click ‘Next’. In the next section, select ‘Mobile Number’, enter your mobile number and click ‘Next’.

Step 11: Next, enter the place under the declaration section and click ‘Next’. In the last section of the application, enter the captcha code and click the ‘Send OTP’ button. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and click ‘Submit’. With this, your mobile number will be linked to your voter ID card.
