Indane Gas complaints can be filed online through the IndianOil Support portal or via the IndianOil ONE app. A Service Request Number (SRN) is issued upon successful submission for tracking.
Step 1: Click on the ‘We are Listening’ section on the official Indian Oil Corporation website, then open the ‘Contact Us’ page and select the relevant product category such as LPG, Lubes, Aviation, Institutional Business, or Petrol Pump.
Step 2: On the IndianOil Support portal, select 'LPG' from the product tiles (LPG, LUBES, AVIATION, Institutional Business, Petrol Pump).

The official Indane Gas mobile app is IndianOil ONE, available on Android and iOS. It supports complaint registration, cylinder booking, and full account management.

After filing a complaint through the IndianOil Support portal or by phone, a Service Request Number (SRN) is issued. This number is required to track the complaint status.
Step 1: Click on the 'View Service Request' tab in the top navigation of the IndianOil Grievance page.
Step 2: Enter the SRN as provided at the time of complaint registration.
Step 3: The current status of the complaint will be displayed.

Delivery-related complaints include delayed cylinder delivery, non-delivery after booking confirmation, short supply, and overcharging by the distributor.
Step 1: Click on the ‘We are Listening’ section on the official Indian Oil Corporation website, then open the ‘Contact Us’ page and select the relevant product category such as LPG, Lubes, Aviation, Institutional Business, or Petrol Pump.
Step 2: Select 'Refill Supply Related' or 'Over Charging' as the Category depending on the nature of the delivery issue.
Step 3: Select the appropriate Sub-Category and fill in the consumer details along with a description of the issue.
Step 4: Submit the complaint and note the SRN issued. If the complaint is not resolved within the expected period, call 1800-2333-555 with the SRN.
A cylinder leak complaint relates to a suspected defect in the cylinder itself such as a faulty valve, damaged body, or improper sealing, and may not always involve an active gas leak inside the premises.
Step 1: For an active leak, call 1906 immediately. For a suspected cylinder defect without immediate risk, call 1800-2333-555.
Step 2: Visit the IndianOil Support portal select the LPG tile, and choose 'Cylinder Quality Related' as the Category from the contact us page.
Step 3: Select the relevant Sub-Category describing the nature of the defect.
Step 4: Enter the consumer details, cylinder number, and a description of the defect. Submit the complaint and retain the SRN for tracking and follow-up.
