Bharat Gas complaints can be filed online through the official BPCL complaint portal or via the Hello BPCL app. Mobile OTP verification is required to submit and track complaints.
Step 1: Click on the Complaints/Feedback section from the header menu of official BPCL portal.
Step 2: Click on the LPG option from the list of business types to open the Bharat Gas enquiry LPG form.
Step 3: Select Type from the dropdown: Appreciation, Complaint, Query, Reminder, or Suggestion. Select Complaint for grievances.
Step 4: Select the appropriate Program, Category, and Sub-Category relevant to the issue.

Step 2: Select Type as 'Complaint', then select the appropriate Program, Category, and Sub-Category relevant to the delivery issue.
Step 3: Fill in name, email, city, address, state, and district. Enter a description of the delivery issue in the Remarks field.
Step 4: Enter the registered mobile number, complete OTP verification, and click 'Submit'.
A cylinder leak complaint relates to a suspected defect in the cylinder itself such as a faulty valve, damaged body, or improper sealing, and may not always involve an active gas leak inside the premises.
Step 1: For an active leak, call 1906 immediately. For a suspected cylinder defect without immediate risk, call 1800-22-4344.
Step 2: Click on the Complaints/Feedback section from the header menu of the official BPCL portal and select ‘LPG’.
Step 3: Select Type as 'Complaint' and choose the appropriate Category and Sub-Category for cylinder safety or quality.
Step 4: Enter the cylinder number, consumer details, and a description of the defect in the Remarks field.
