HP Gas complaints can be filed online through the official website of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited or the MyHPGas app
Step 1: Click on the 'Complaints & Feedback' tab from the header menu of the HPCL website.
Step 2: Select the 'HP Gas (LPG) Complaints' section, which will be redirected to the feedback form.
Step 3: Select the Interaction Type from the dropdown: Grievance, Suggestion, Appreciation, or Query.
Step 4: Indicate whether the submission is from an HP Gas consumer.

After filing a complaint through the HPCL portal, a CAS number will be issued through SMS. This number is required to track the complaint status.
Step 1: Select the option ‘Complaints prior to 01/07/2019’ or ‘Complaints from 01/07/2019’ from the HP Gas Track Complaints page.
Step 2: Enter the CAS number in the Number field in the two-part format as issued at the time of complaint registration.
Step 3: Click 'Search'. The current status of the complaint will be displayed on screen.
