GST Enrollment will Reopen Soon: Revenue Department

GST enrollment was suspended on April 30, causing a nationwide stir among those taxpayers who had not yet completed their registration. However, the good news is that the enrollment is set to reopen soon, according to the latest news from the Revenue Department.

More than 60 lakh taxpayers had registered themselves on the GSTN portal between November 2016 and the April 30 deadline. The revenue Department is still running awareness campaigns around the country to ensure that the rest of the taxpayers enroll themselves when the registration reopens again.
