GST implementation in Jammu and Kashmir is facing tough opposition as Hurriyat and the National Conference have expressed their displeasure with the new tax regime. While the National Conference has called out the state government for playing with fire, the Hurriyat has accused ministers of being in cahoots with the leadership in Nagpur.
