WhatsApp banking makes checking your HDFC balance even more convenient.
Step 1: Save +91 70700 22222 to your contacts.
Step 2: Send “Hi” or “Register” on WhatsApp from your registered mobile number.
Step 3: Enter the last 4 digits of your Customer ID.
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
Step 5: Once verified, type “Balance Enquiry” to get your current balance.
NetBanking is another secure way to access your balance.
Step 1: Go to the HDFC Bank NetBanking website.
Step 2: Log in with your Customer ID and password.
Step 3: Click on ‘My Accounts’ or the dashboard to view your balance.
If you're not registered, click on ‘Register’ and follow the on‑screen instructions.
The HDFC Mobile Banking App allows quick access to your account balance.

Step 2: The call will disconnect automatically.
Step 3: You will receive an SMS with your current account balance.
This is a free service and works without any internet access.
You can also get your balance by sending an SMS from your registered number.
Step 1: Type “BAL” in the message box.
Step 2: Send it to 5676712.
Step 3: You will get an SMS reply with your account balance.
To register for SMS banking:
Send REGISTER <Last 4 digits of Customer ID> <Last 4 digits of Account Number> to 7308080808.
Once registered, you can use SMS banking anytime.
If you prefer using an ATM to check your balance:
Step 1: Visit any HDFC or other bank ATM.
Step 2: Insert your HDFC debit card.
Step 3: Enter your 4‑digit ATM PIN.
Step 4: Choose the ‘Balance Enquiry’ option.
