• Consumer Details: Name, address, and LPG ID.
• Transaction Details: Booking date, delivery date, and cash memo number.
• Amount Breakdown: Total amount with GST components.
• Subsidy Details: If applicable under PAHAL or PMUY.
• Distributor Info: Name, contact details, and GST number.

This bill is useful for checking payment details, tracking subsidy credits, or raising any issue with the distributor.

Prerequisites for HP Gas Bill Download

Before downloading the bill, make sure:

• Your mobile number is linked to the LPG account.
• You have access to your 17-digit LPG ID or login credentials.
• Your account is active on the portal or app.
• Completed delivery with DAC (Delivery Authentication Code) confirmation.

Note: Delivery Authentication Code (DAC) must be verified at the time of delivery for the e-invoice to be generated. If authentication at delivery is incomplete, the bill may not appear immediately.

How to Download HP Gas Bill Using the HP Pay App?

The HP Pay app is HPCL's dedicated mobile application for LPG consumers and supports direct bill download from the refill history section.

Step 1: Log in to the ‘HP Pay app’ using your registered details.

Step 2: Open the LPG section.

Step 3: Go to ‘Refill History.’

Step 4: Select the completed delivery.

Step 5: Tap on ‘Download e-Invoice’ and save it.

How to Download HP Gas Bill via Registered Email?

HPCL automatically sends an e-invoice to the consumer's registered email address after each successful LPG delivery.

Step 1: Open the email inbox associated with the registered HP Gas account.

Step 2: Search for a delivery confirmation or invoice email sent by HPCL or HP Gas.

Step 3: Open the email and look for the PDF attachment at the bottom of the message.

Step 4: Download and save the attached e-invoice.

How to Download HP Gas Bill via WhatsApp?

HPCL provides an official WhatsApp service that allows consumers to view refill history and download bills directly through a chat interface.

Step 1: Save ‘92222 01122’ as a contact on your phone.

Step 2: Send 'Hi' from the registered mobile number on WhatsApp.

Step 3: The HP Gas chatbot will respond with a service menu. Select 'Refill History'.

Step 4: Choose the relevant transaction from the displayed list.

Step 5: Use the download link shared by the chatbot to open or save the bill in PDF format.

Common Issues while Downloading HP Gas Bill

Some common issues customers face:

• DAC Not Verified at Delivery: The e-invoice is generated only after the Delivery Authentication Code is confirmed during delivery. Without this, no bill will be available on any platform.
• Incomplete e-KYC: Accounts with Aadhaar-based e-KYC not completed may have restricted access to past invoices.
• Expired Links: Bill links shared via WhatsApp or email are time-sensitive and may not work after a certain period.
• Mobile Number Mismatch: The number used to log in or initiate access must be the same one registered with the LPG account.
• Sync Delay Post Delivery: The portal and app may take up to 24 hours to reflect a newly generated invoice after delivery.
• Older Transactions Not Visible: Transaction history has a display limit on the portal. For older bills, contacting the distributor directly is recommended.
