Customers can apply for a new HP Gas LPG connection online or offline.

Online

I. HP Gas Portal

Step 1: Visit the ‘Register for LPG Connection’ page on the  myHP Gas portal.
Step 2: Select the connection type:

• Regular Connection Registration, or
• Ujjwala Beneficiary Connection (if applicable).

Step 3: Search for the nearest LPG distributor by selecting either:

• Name-wise search, or
• Location-wise search.

Step 4: Fill in the online LPG connection application form with your personal details, address, and required KYC information.
Step 5: Upload the required identity proof and address proof documents.
Step 6: Pay the applicable registration amount online through available payment options—Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or UPI.
Step 7: Submit the application. After successful submission, a reference number will be generated to track the application status.

After payment and document verification, the distributor will process the request and arrange for LPG connection installation at your residence.

II. UMANG 

Applicants can also apply for a new HP Gas LPG connection through the UMANG platform. It provides access to HP Gas services such as new connection requests, refill booking, and service tracking through the UMANG website or mobile app.

III. National Government Services Portal

Applicants can apply for a new HP Gas LPG connection through the National Government Services Portal, where the service page redirects users to the official HP Gas portal to complete the online application and payment process.

Step 1: Visit the nearest HP Gas distributor office.
Step 2: Collect and complete the LPG connection application (KYC form).
Step 3: Submit identity and address proof documents.
