I. General Eligibility Conditions

  • Applicant must be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above as on the application date.
  • Applicant, spouse or dependent children should not own any residential house or plot in Ghaziabad allotted by GDA, Awas Vikas or any other government authority.
  • Only one application per family is permitted. Family includes self, spouse and dependent children.
  • If both husband and wife apply separately and both are selected in the e-lottery, one allotment must be surrendered within one month.
  • Applicants applying for 40 sqm and 60 sqm plots under the Lower Income Group (LIG) category must have combined annual family income between ₹3 lakh and ₹6 lakh.
  • Valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card details are mandatory during online registration.
  • Applicants must upload scanned copies of photograph and signature during the digital application process. Physical document submission is not required during initial registration.
