Step 1: Open the Online Registration for Allotment (ORA) page on the Janhit UPDA portal. Then click on Ghaziabad Development Authority.

Step 2: Download the scheme brochure for Scheme Code 935 by paying the non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,100.
