The company was originally incorporated at Udaipur, in Rajasthan as 'Aminag Minchem Private Limited', a Private Limited Company, under the provision of companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated November 28, 1996, issued by the Registrar of companies. The name of the company was changed to 'Bohra Industries Private Limited' pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name, dated March 17, 1999, issued by the registrar of companies. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at extraordinary general meeting of the company held on March 22, 1999, and the name of the company was changed to 'Bhora Industries Limited'. The company is engaged in manufacturing of Single Super Phospate (SSP) both in powder and granulated form. The company product, SSP fertilizer is being sold under brand name 'MAHALAKSHMI', in 17 states of India by the company and is also simultaneously marketed by leading fertilizer companies of India. The company has entered into memorandum of understanding for SSP with 'Hindustan Insecticides Limited' for supply of minimum 30,000 MT per annum of SSP for a period of one year from August 03, 2016 to August 02, 2017 in the states of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Assam. The company has also planned to enhance the production capacity of existing manufacturing unit of SSP from 1,20,000 mt p. a to 3,00,000 mt p.
