About Classic Filaments Ltd

Classic Filaments (CFL) was incorporated as V Natverlal Synthetics Pvt Ltd in Apr. '90. The original promoters were Vinod Kumar Agarwal and Rameshchandra Godiawala. The present promoters R M Mittal and Renu Mittal joined the company Board in 1991 and 1993 respectively. The company, renamed as Classic Filament6s Pvt Ltd in Sep. '93, was converted into a public limited company in Jan. '95. The company is engaged in the manufacture of texturised polyester yarn with an installed capacity of 350 tpa at Pipodara and Ankleshwar in Gujarat.
