The Company is a Non-Banking Financial Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India dated February 24, 1998. Its main business is to make investment and give loans & advances. The Company had 1 subsidiary as on 31 March 2019. The Company during the financial year 2015-16, made an application to BSE Limited, for Direct Listing of its securities on the said Stock Exchange. Further, the Company has received In-Principal approval from BSE Limited vide letter no. DCS/DL/IZ/IP/328/2016-2017 dated August 29, 2016. During the year 2016, M/s Solis Industries Limited has been incorporated as a direct subsidiary of M/s Corporate Merchant Bankers Limited.
