About Dina Iron & Steel Ltd

Incorporated as J M Dina Ispat on 14 Jul. '92, Dina Iron and Steel acquired its present name in Sep. '93. The company was promoted by Prabhu Dayal Bhartiya and his associates. The company set up a project to manufacture wire rods with an installed capacity of 30,000 tpa and two induction furnaces of capacity 6 MT each, at Didarganj, Patna. The company came out with a public issue of 33 lac equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs 3. 30 cr, in Apr. '96 to part-finance its project.
