FMEC International Financial Services Limited is limited company engaged in the business of financing and providing consultancy services. The Company was incorporated on 7th June 1993 and is a holding of YDS Securities Private Limited. As on 31st March 2019, YDS Securities Private Limited continues to be the Subsidiary of the Company. During the year 2015, the Securities of the Company were listed at Delhi Stock Exchange. However, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its order dated 19th November, 2014 derecognized Delhi Stock Exchange and, which had sought voluntary exit from the stock exchange activities. Also, consequent to voluntary exit of Delhi Stock Exchange from stock exchange business, the management of the Company has filed an application to Bombay Stock Exchange for getting listed its shares through Direct Listing mode and Company has obtained No Objection Certificate from the Delhi Stock Exchange in this regard. In FY16, The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), on September 2, 2015 issued SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with the aim to consolidate and streamline the provisions of the Listing Agreement for different segments of capital markets to ensure better enforceability. The Company has entered into the listing agreement with BSE Limited at the time of Listing.
