Kretto Syscon Ltd (formerly known as Ideal Texbuild Ltd) is a public limited company incorporated on 19th September 1994. The company has its registered office at Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat. The main business of the company is textiles and building construction. During the Financial Year 2014-15, the Paid up share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 18,16,960 to Rs 10,18,16,960, pursuant to allotment of 10000000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under preferential allotment of the Company. During the Financial Year 2015-16, the Paid up share capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 10,18,16,960 to Rs 14,25,43,740, pursuant to allotment of 40,72,678 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under issue of fully paid Bonus shares of the Company. The Company has given loans and advances amounting to Rs. 14,21,70,825/- as per Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013 in FY 2015-16. During the FY 2016-17, the Company changed its name from Ideal Texbuild Limited to Kretto Syscon Limited with effect from 03 April 2017.
