During the year 2015, the Company allotted equity shares on preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters in the month of May in financial year 2014-15 in respect of which, the application money has been received by Company in 2012. The Equity shares allotted as aforesaid has been listed on BSE Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange Limited.
