Lagnam Spintex Limited was incorporated as a private limited company with the name'Lagnam Spintex Private Limited' at Bhilwara, Rajasthan on June 11,2010. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Lagnam Spintex Limited'on January 31,2018. Anand Mangal, Dwarka Prasad Mangal & Lagnam Infotech solutions Private Limited are promoters of the Company. Dwarka Prasad Mangal & Veena Mangal were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company subscribing 7500 & 2500 Equity shares respectively.
