Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a Shareholders' Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General meeting of the Company held on March 23, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to 'Mindpool Technologies Limited' on April 04, 2018.
