Mohini Health and Hygiene Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company with the name 'Mohini Fibers Private Limited' at Indore, Madhya Pradesh on June 24, 2009. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company wras changed to 'Mohini Fibers Limited' on February 27, 2015. Further, the Company got listed on Emerge- Institutional Trading Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 12, 2015. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Mohini Health and Hygiene Limited' on May 18, 2017. Subsequently, vide withdrawal letter dated October 11, 2017 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited, dealings in equity shares of the Company was withdrawn w. e. f October 25, 2017 and Company got Voluntarily Delisted from Emerge Institutional Trading Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
