'92 in the name of Felicitate investment private limited and changed its name to My Money Securities Private Limited on 16 Jun. '94. The company has been converted into a public limited company on 28 sep. '95. The management and control of the company was taken over by Sh Sanjai Seth , Sh Vikas Seth and Smt Rajni Seth on 11th Jan.
