About Oriental Infra Trust

Oriental InfraTrust is an irrevocable trust settled by Oriental Structural Engineers Private Limited ('OSEPL') and OrientalTollways Private Limited ('OTPL') (hereinafter together referred as 'Sponsors') on 15 June 2018 pursuant to the Trust Deed, under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') vide Certificate of Registration dated 26 March 2019 as an Infrastructure Investment Trust under Regulation 3(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trust) Regulations. The Trustee of the Trust is Axis Trustee Services Limited (the 'Trustee'). The Investment manager for the Trust is Indian Technocrat Limited (the 'Investment Manager'). The objectives of the Trust are to undertake activities as an infrastructure investment trust in accordance with the provisions of the InvIT Regulations and the Trust Deed.
