The company was promoted by Roshanlal Wadhawan,Shadilal Chopra and Smt.Vimal Wadhawan.The present CMD of the company is Mr.Ramalal Wadhawan and his leadership led to improved systems of projects and financial management,investments in the most modern fleet of machineries/equipments for mega projects and a relentless pursuit of excellence in the quality of project construction and engineering. The company has come out with IPO during November 2005,issued 5000000 Equity Shares at a premium of Rs.50 per share.
