Raja Bahadurs Realty Limited (Formerly known as Raja Bahadur Motilal Export Import Limited), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is engaged in the business of real estate and property development activities. The Company is a public company incorporated in the year September 16, 1926. It is one of the leading real estate Company in Pune. In the short span of its Real Estate development activities, the Company has earned a reputation for quality construction of high-end projects. The Phase-I consisting of three 'Wings A, B & C' of the Company's prestigious Residential project 'Pittie Kourtyard' was completed during the year 2017. The possession of the flats is being given to buyers. Further, after obtaining necessary approvals of the concerned Authorities, construction of Phase-II consisting of 'Wing D' has commenced. In FY19, the Company completed RCC work of Phase - II consisting of Wing - D of its residential project 'Pittie Kourtyard'.
