Riddhi steel and tube limited was originally incorporated in Gujarat, as 'Riddhi Steel and Tube Private Limited', under the provisions of the companies Act 1956, with the Registrar of companies. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company and accordingly the name of the company was changed to 'Riddhi Steel And Tube Limited' pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on January 8, 2016, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 1, 2016, consequent upon conversion to 'Public Limited Company', was issued by the Registrar of Companies. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of black and galvanized steel pipes in the various sizes having wide application in varied industries, which includes power sector, agro based industries, construction industries, and gas transportation, fire-fighting applications etc. The company also manufactures steel square hollow sections (SHS) and rectangular hollow sections (RHS) in a various size and thickness. The company is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company in compliance with quality management system and has also attained the license from the Bureau of Indian Standard for the various products. The company endeavor is to satisfy the customer by continuous improvement through process innovation and quality maintenance. The company aims to grow the operations on PAN India basis and make the brand as distinguished name in steel pipe manufacturing industry.
