Ridings Consulting Engineers India Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company with the name 'Ridings Consulting Engineers India Private Limited' on December 28, 1995. Further, the Company changed its name by deleting 'India' word from Company's name consequently name of company was changed to 'Ridings Consulting Engineers Private Limited' on February 09, 2009. Furthermore, the Company has changed its name by adding 'India' word in Company's name & consequently name of company was changed from 'Ridings Consulting Engineers Private Limited' to 'Ridings Consulting Engineers India Private Limited' on February 22, 2011. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed to 'Ridings Consulting Engineers India Limited' on November 24, 2017. The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Sain Ditta Baveja, Late Mrs. Savitri Baveja and Mr. Sudhir Kumar Baveja, who were the initial subscribers to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association in the year 1995.
