The Company was originally incorporated with the Registrar of Companies on 20th October 1994 as Stellar Capital Services Private Limited (SCSPL) with registration no. 062247. Pursuant to shareholder's resolution dated June 27, 2013, it was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Stellar Capital Services Limited (SCSL). A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to such change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, dated 1 Aug 2013. The company is a NBFC registered with the RBI to carry out NBFC activities under Section 451A of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 bearing Registration No. B. 14. 02359 dated 23-03-2001.
