Sundaram Finance (SFL) was promoted by Madras Motor Insurance Company, a part of the reputed TVS Group. The Company was incorporated in 1954. It became a public limited company in 1961 and went public in 1972. The main business of the company includes hire purchase and lease financing of commercial vehicles, cars and machinery.
