Thirdwave Financial Intermediaries Ltd was incorporated in May 16, 1989. The Company is into the business of trading in shares, trading in pulses and consultancy services activity. In FY 2014, the Company received a letter from MSE that the exchange has decided to de-recognise itself and has applied to SEBI for the same. MSE has therefore advised the company to seek voluntary delisting from their exchange as the Company's shares are listed on BSE having nationwide trading terminals. Further in terms of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 companies have been permitted to seek voluntary delisting from Regional Stock Exchanges subject to terms and conditions of such regulation. Moreover continued listing at MSE does not provide any tangible advantage to shareholders and investors of the Company. Hence the Company should take voluntary delisting from MSE and avoid unnecessary financial and administrative burden due to multiple compliance of various exchanges from time to time. In FY 2017, as the Company's shares are listed on BSE having nationwide trading terminals.
