Vardhman Textiles Limited (formerly Mahavir Spinning Mills Limited) was incorporated in the year October 08, 1973. The Company is one of the leading textile manufacturers of India having its presence across a wide spectrum, from manufacturing yarns to fabric. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of cotton yarn, synthetic yarn and woven fabric.
