About Watson Software Ltd

Watson Software Ltd (earlier known as Dhara Pacakaging Ltd) was incorporated as a Private Limited Company and was converted into Public Limited Company vide special resolution passed subsequently the change of name certificate was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. During the year 1999-2000, the name of the company has been changed to Watson Software Ltd (WSL). Due to scarcity of working capital, the company has been sanctioned working captial of Rs. 50 lacs from Punjab National Bank. The company has lodged claim with National Insurance Company for machine damaged due to fire at Palghar factory.
