The TVK ₹4,000 Youth Scheme is a youth welfare scheme proposed by the current Tamil Nadu government. Under this scheme, a monthly unemployment support is provided to graduates, diploma holders, class 12 holders, and ITI holders in Tamil Nadu who are registered with the TN Employment Exchange.

The official portal for the TVK Youth Scheme online application has not yet been launched. Based on the other TN government schemes, the expected online application process may be as follows:
Step 1: Register with the Tamil Nadu Employment Exchange.
Step 2: Ensure registration is on ‘Live Register’.
Step 3: Visit the official portal of the TVK Youth Scheme (yet to be launched by the government).
Step 4: Create an account using Aadhaar and mobile OTP.
Step 5: Fill out the application form with personal, education and employment status details.
Step 6: Upload the required documents.
Step 7: Submit the form and save the acknowledgement number.
Step 8: The District Employment Office will verify and approve. Upon approval, the monthly DBT will be credited to the linked bank account.
Applications may also be collected, filled out and submitted at the District Employment Office along with the required documents.

The TVK ₹4,000 Youth Scheme 2026 is a youth welfare initiative providing monthly financial assistance to unemployed youth in Tamil Nadu.
